As we head into the new year, Caicedo has been putting a lot of work into writing and preparing for our second full-length record. A little over a year ago we released our debut, Pasará and have been overwhelmed with the response and support we’ve received, both from fans and other artists we respect greatly.
We don’t want to rest on our laurels, there may still be some glow to bask in, but we’re really excited about the new material we’ve been putting together and we can’t wait to share it with you. As a group, there’s a confidence and maturity to our sound that was refined during that first album-cycle.
So with that context, we present: Caicedo Presents: Caicedo at The Six Below Midnight. We will be playing two 45-minute sets, one where we debut new songs from the next record and play a few off the first record for the first time, we’ll take a little break before we go back on and play all of our bangers. The idea is to put a show on for our friends, family, fans, and community. We want to play a bunch of songs you’ve never heard, we want to bring the sun and warmth to the middle of our wet Portland winters.
